INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

___________________________________________________________ agree to indemnify and hold HHF dba Sarva Dev Mandir/SDM Center, hereinafter referred to as SDM, harmless from any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, loss or injuries, including reasonable costs, expenses, and attorney fees and from all actions and proceedings to which the HHF may be subjected, arising out of the use of any or all of the SDM Buildings or Equipment by us, our guests, invitees, servants, employees, and independent contractors engaged by us for any event sponsored or undertaken by us in or on such premises.

SDM Center RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. 50% of the rental fee is due within five (5) days of receipt of the confirmation by the SDM center. The center will not be reserved until the payment had been received by the SDM Center. Balance of the rental fee, security deposit, payment of police officers (if any) is due 10 days prior to the rental date.
2. The renter agrees conduct a proper and orderly function.
3. The renter agrees to vacate the premises at the hour specified in the agreement or an additional hourly rate will be charged (minimum of one hour) and will be deducted from the security deposit if not paid separately.
4. Renter/Caterer must leave the kitchen and facility clean and must put all garbage in the dumpster in the side of the building. The facility must be vacuumed and the chairs and tables returned to their original position.
5. Dispensing of alcoholic beverages, serving meat and Gambling are prohibited.
6. Cooking in the kitchen is permitted with prior approval from SDMCenter.
7 The fire alarm system is connected to the Oxford Fire Department. If, for any reason, the fire alarm is triggered during the rental period and the fire department comes to the Center, the renter will be responsible for all charges of the Fire Department.Open fires (like Havans) are allowed under supervision of SDM Priest or appointed member of the center
8 The Usage of Audio-visual System in the SDM center is available with prior approval and a standard rental fee paid in advance. Only the designated person by the SDM center will operate the Audio-Visual system.
9. The renter agrees to use the facilities only for the stated purpose and the stated hours as mentioned in the application.
10. Breakage or loss of kitchen or other equipment will be charged at double the replacement cost.
11. Decorations require the prior approval of SDM. Under no circumstances will the renter use nails, screws, staples, etc. for setting up the decorations. The decorations will be removed immediately after use and disposed of by the renter.
12. The SDM Center does not assume any responsibility for loss, damage or injury to any personal property or persons using the facilities or parking facilities.
13. The SDM Center has the right to accept or reject any or all applications and may cancel any application by giving seven (10) days written notice without being held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience.
14. Under no circumstances are EXITS to be obstructed in any way. This is the law.
15. The SDM Center holds 170 people for sit down dinner.
16. Cancellation Policy: Full refund, if cancelled more than 30 days in writing. No refunds for Cancellation with in 30 days of the scheduled event.
I have read the SDM Center’s Rental Rules and Regulations and agree to abide by each of them.
